I am Martha Garcia REALTOR in Marshalltown and I have been a REALTOR for over 23 years in the Marshalltown area. I have had the pleasure of working with New Horizons Realty for the past 13 years. My expertise has been with first time buyers and investors. Additionally, since I am a native Spanish speaker, my career has also had an emphasis on working with the Hispanic community in the Marshalltown area.
My family moved to Iowa in the mid 1990’s. We owned a restaurant for many years but later decided to focus on a different career path. Real estate seemed to be the best fit for our family. My main focus has always been to make sure that my clients have all the information that is needed to make an informed decision when purchasing a house. Since my family and I once had a negative home buying experience and dealt with issues that were not addressed during the buying process, I have made it my personal mission to make sure my clients are aware of all the pros and cons of owning real estate so that they can make the right decisions for themselves.
I have always had the Marshalltown community’s interest at heart and that is what lead to me becoming involved in the Marshalltown community as a board member for several different organizations.
