I have been a Realtor in Marshalltown and the surrounding communities for over 20 years. For the past 13 years I have worked with New Horizons Realty. My expertise over the years has especially been with first time home buyers and investors. I have also worked extensively with the Hispanic community as I am a native Spanish speaker.
My family and I first moved to Iowa in the mid 1990’s and we enjoyed owning a restaurant for many years. Eventually, however, we decided to focus on a different career path. Real estate seemed to be the best fit for our family. I have made it my mission over the years to make sure that my clients are well informed and that they are aware of all aspects of purchasing real estate. I have always gone above and beyond to make sure that my clients are confident with their purchase and I will always advocate for my clients.
